Dinner in Skaneateles or Seneca Falls?

Can anyone recommend a good place for dinner between Rochester and Syracuse? I will be traveling to Syracuse on business and would like to stop along the way while driving back at a nice restaurant.

Just west of Seneca Falls in Geneva, Halsey's and Red Dove Tavern are our 2 faves. The former has a great happy hour and is a bit more upscale in appearance. The latter is a tasty gastropub with good beer on tap.
