cake with caramel glaze.. how well will it travel?
I need to make a cake for a meeting at work tomorrow, and have to be able to bring in via public transportation. So no crumbles toppings or frosting/icing.
I was thinking of making Dorie's brown sugar bundt cake with pears and raisins.. but was very intrigued by Food 52's applesauce cake with caramel glaze (recipe here:
)How well do think the glaze will travel though? Don't want to fuss with toothpicks etc.. want something I can wrap and take...
