New York Mart (Chinatown) for seafood? Or Deluxe Food Market?

Have any hounds out there purchased (or perused) seafood at the relatively new New York Mart in Chinatown? If so, how does it seem? I've seen some mixed reviews regarding freshness of veggies, but very few write-ups in general. Any thoughts on if I'm better off at Deluxe Food Market, or somewhere else entirely?

Try the fish market on Mulberry Street just north of Bayard Street.
