resaurants near Penn Station
I'm looking for a restaurant at or very near Penn Station that would be a good place for two or three women in their 60's to meet for lunch and catch up. It should be relatively quiet and food should be good. Italian is out. I'm sure there are plenty of options but don't know what's good in the immediate area. Thanks for any suggestions.
