Suggestions for Red Please?

What would be a good suggestion for a red, for someone who likes the fruity forward taste most of all but not extremely sweet like muscadine (sp) and is not dry tasting either?

    Don't misunderstand, but . . . why? In other words, for what purpose? Is this wine for sipping around and sipping? to accompany a meal? to give as a gift to someone who doesn't like reds? or who doesn't like wine at all?

    Different wines for different answers.

    Other than that, follow Brad's excellent links . . . .
