Brothers Sushi? Valley spot? Thoughts?
One of my favorite sushi bars. Have been going there semi-regularly for the past 15 years or so. Even though the main chef(s) have come and gone, they've ALWAYS had excellent quality fish.
The yellowtail and halibut are usually excellent, like butter. Actually, all their nigiri sushi is first rate. Also, the garlic shrimp roll is amazing, as is my all time favorite--the Keri roll (a huge roll made from crab, tuna, either yellowtail or salmon (I forget, it's been a long day!!), green onions, and a chopped up shrimp tempura. Always so satisfying, I make room for two.
Actually, anything you get there will be really good, be sure to check the specials board, as there's bound to be something to your liking for a bargain price!! Very houndish, indeed.
