lowereastrittehouse, when you say fresh masa, do you mean masa dough from masa harina flour or by grinding nixtamal corn and creating fresh masa. If the later, I haven't found it except in Queens NY at Tortillieria Nixtamal. Love to know. I asked at Tortilleria San Roman in the Italian market and they told me they use the flour.
