Hampton Roads Chow Dinner Group
For over a year now, a group of Chow members from this board having been meeting for dinner on a monthly basis. We have great fun trying new places and talking about food. We've been everywhere from Razzo, to Jade Villa, Stove, C & H Oyster Bar (Elizabeth City) and Country Grill (Yorktown).
Lately, I've seen some new "faces" on this board and I would love to meet and eat at some of the places we have discussed here. Our next dinner date is Sunday, November 20th at Jessy's Tienda y Taqueria in Ocean View.

Hey Janet,
I noticed a lot of the same people posting around here, and started replying to their posts about starting up a dinner group. You can also put out a posting like Kris has above. We meet once a month, and try different places that members suggest. It gives us an opportunity to try something or some place new that we might not try on our own. Give it a try, or join us sometime.

I just discovered this website and read quite a few of the old posts from HR chow people. It was so interesting. My husband and I consider ourselves local "foodies" and attempt to try new restaurants at any opportunity. If there is still room in the group could we also be added to the email list?
