Nice Restaurant in Greensboro for 60th Birthday?

  • 6

I'm looking for a nice restaurant to take MIL out for dinner for her 60th birthday. It's not going to be a huge family affair, probably no more than 6 people at the most. Just something nice, good wine selection, nice atmosphere.
Thanks!

  1. Best choice is Table 16, but it can get expensive. Print Works Bistro is always nice, ask for Mark Henry as your wait person. The Bistro at Adams Farm is a nice choice, great family owners, super food, but a ways out. Flemings is classy, great beef, but expensive, ask for Robert as your wait person, go with his wine choices. Something more down home, Southern Roots in Jamestown offers some nice Southern flavor, but it gets crowded & loud. If you go, eat at one of the bar tables, and ask for Kelley White, cool dude.

Almost forgot, if you like old school, red sauce Italian, then certainly try Salvino's. But not on weekends, they do not take reservations, order of seating is not always first come, first served, Otherwise, enjoy.

    1. Another option is Green Valley Grill, located in the O. Henry Hotel. Delicious, great service and nice atmosphere.

I will go ahead and fourth it. I think their food is better than print works, they have very good service and the room is great as well
