HEARTBREAK heart's broken?

Walked by HEARTBREAK on 2nd. avenue in the East Village and saw it was closed for renovations. It's been open less than a year. Anybody knows what happening here?

The day after Heartbreak received a Michelin star, it was announced that it has closed permanently.
