Where to buy duck liver, not foie gras, in Vancouver?

I've found 2 places at the Granville public market that sells fois gras (which trades its weight in gold) but neither sells its poor twin, simple duck liver... anyone have dips on this vexing issue? I'd consider getting by mail order or even wholesale!

    Give Pacific Exotic Meats in Richmond a call. http://bit.ly/pR98xW

      I'd give Chinatown or any area with Chinese markets a try as they process a lot of ducks.

        Any top notch butcher should be able to sell you quality duck liver.

          @ eatrustic: I did go to one Chinese butcher on Kingsway. They had every part of the duck (necks and heads) but no duck liver.

          @anewton: Any specific suggestions?

            I do not live in Vancouver (I'm in Victoria) but there has been a recent discussion on this board about the best butchers in your city, so if you search "meat" or "butcher" on the board you should be able to find it.
