Looking for Ploughman's Lunch/Hunter-style Dinner in CNJ

You get the drift. We're not interested in a super high-end version of the above, just something traditional in a pub-bar-rustic comfortable setting. I don't want to say it, but a "gastropub" could be the keyword here. I can't drive all the way to The Bear Cafe in upstate NY for another month, so I'm looking here, without much luck.
Thanks all.

Sally Lunn's Tea Room in Chester isn't a pub, but it's an authentic British restaurant in a really nice semi-rural town. It has a ploughman's lunch on the menu too.

Here's a link to The Ship Inn in Milford, NJ
Getting there would be quite beautiful this time of year.

Sally Lunn's also has a location in Chatham, if that's more convenient for you. I believe the menu is the same.
