Question About Wang's Vegetarian Dumplings

Wang's in Somerville has both Spinach and Leek dumplings and if I remember correctly, one of them has tofu and one does not. Can anyone tell me which has it?

  1. I get vegetarian dumplings from Wang's fairly regularly (sometimes leek, but the Chinese vegetable ones are my favorite) and have never has tofu in them, at least none that I could taste or see. The menu doesn't list it as an ingredient for any version.

    1. My recollection is that Wang's spinach dumplings have (minced) tofu in them.
