flagstaff - what would you change on this dining itinerary?

We used to live in Flagstaff and are headed back there next week after a couple of years away. We want to hit some old favorites, but are interested in trying new restaurants that we might not know about, too. We'll have our 21-month old along, so fine dining isn't really an option.

Here's what we're thinking of:
Martanne's - green chilequiles. You really wouldn't be able to talk us out of this one.
Big Foot - Satchmo's is new since we lived there. Can anyone compare the two?
Pato Thai - We thought this was the best of the bunch (Dara/Racha/etc.) when we lived there, but wouldn't mind hearing if it has been surpassed.
Tacos Los Altos - Still delicious? Homemade horchata?
Criollo Latin Kitchen - this one will be new to us, but is recommended by a friend.

Based on this list you can probably tell our budget. We live in a very small town now with few food options, so any type of flavors will be exciting for us. What are we missing?

Thanks!

I would love a report back. We are going to definitely try Martanne's as I am obsessed with chilequiles and Criollo sounds like a great new comer. We vacation in Flag every year. Here are a few that we like to hit as well:

Brandy's - breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner is all good
    Hiro - sushi/Japanese
    Diablo Burger - self explanatory

    Thanks
