Holiday baking brioche

I'm thinking that for my home baked gifts this coming Christmas I'd like to make individual brioches with cheese and some kind of cured meat. I was thinking chorizo and tomme noir des pyrenees (if I can find it) but I'm open to other suggestions. What kind of cured meat and cheese bread would you like to receive as a gift?
