healthy Indian food near Rockvile or Bethesda

Looking for a source of healthy and hopefully not too expensive indian food near Rockville or Bethesda. Delivery would be great, but I would be will ing to do carry out. Thanks!

    In Bethesda today I drove past Shangri-La and saw that it offers Nepali cuisine. They offer a vegetarian Thali plate. I wonder if anyone can recommend this place?

      I've eaten there once or twice. I can't remember the specific dishes we got but I remember thinking the appetizers we had were very good and the main dishes were pretty good.

      I think the *best* Indian food in Bethesda and Rockville are Passage to India (Bethesda), Bombay Bistro (Rockville), and Spice Xing (Rockville). Up to you to determine, and order, healthily.
