Looking for a Seattle Venue...

Hello,

I am looking for a venue within Seattle to host a culinary demo. I have about 30 ppl that we are inviting and need a open kitchen area to do the demo. I have looked into Blueribbon, Seattle central Community college and the art institute. Havent found anything that blows me away. I would appreciate any and all suggestions. Thank you in advance!!

    The Book Larder, the new cookbook bookstore in Upper Fremont, has a demo kitchen as well. Not sure if they rent out the place for private parties, but it might be an option.

      They are so new I don't imagine even they know if this can work, but we encourage you to lead the way...

      Whole foods in Roosevelt has a demo kitchen.

        You might see if Spare Room in SODO will fit the bill. A photo studio with kitchen for cooking demos and shoots.

          I would check with PCC Natural Markets to see if their Edmonds demo kitchen is available.

            PCC has teaching kitchens in west seattle, greenlake, redmond, Issaquah as well. They have been known in the past to rent them out.
            I used to teach for the PCC Cook's program... great kitchens with AV systems, mirrors, etc!
