Help planning a company holiday party

I am looking for a place to host a company party for the holidays. We are about 50 people, and a fairly young staff (20's). We are a non-profit so we don't have a huge budget. Previous years we have had it at Sunset Grill and the Milky Way in JP (when it still had the bowling alley). We aren't picky about food or drinks and would even be willing to have it in January if the price is right!
I'd appreciate any suggestions!

I see a lot of holiday/company parties at Cambridge Brewing Company and Tavern on the Square in Cambridge.

+1 on Cambridge Brewing Company. My wife has thrown a couple company parties there that have been huge hits.

Good call on CBC. My midwestern alma mater had an alumni event there a year or two ago, and they did a great job with the group. But then, we're also there about once a month in general, so obviously we're fans.

If you do CBC, there's the option of pairing it with Flattop Johnny's if you need some billiards.

There's also plenty of billiards tables at Big City (Sunset's second floor), or you could go candlepin bowling at Flatbread in Davis.
