Looking for a Good Birthday Restaurant/Bar!

I am turning 28 and would like to have a nice celebration with my friends. I am looking for a nice place with a relaxed atmostphere. Someplace that has delicious food but isn't too expensive. I would need a place that could accomodate a party of 15 but perhaps a place that would be willing to accomodate people that may be coming and going as well. So maybe, not a formal sit-down restaurant, but more of a bar scene?

I would really love any and all suggestions! Thanks!

East Burn...restaurant upstairs, Bar and games downstairs...great atmosphere

They have more of a restaurant room that might work. It also has access to the bar.
