This topic in my opinion is open to many things to say... more than these 3 new 3 stars in Kyoto that sounds good in fact ! This aera is usually classic, terroir food and tradition of feast ! Even I can agree Kyoto-Osaka-Nara may have many good arts and eats, I still completely disagree that Japan surpass France. French culinary is more huge than that, it is for example chiken prepared the Spanish way(=poulet a l'espagnole) and it will still French cooking. French culinary system = Europe !!!!!! When I aline it ... i think, is it real ?
