We are looking for a casual upscale spot for an early Sunday dinner other than Napa Valley Grille.

If you want to stay in Westwood, you are somewhat limited. You have Palamino next door to Napa which is decent. Nine-Thirty at the W is good and more upscale. Another choice (and maybe the best if you want casual, upscale and good food) is Pastina on Westwood Blvd. near Olympic. Very good Italian. Casual with a full bar. Very good choice.

Tanino is the most upscale restaurant in Westwood. Beautiful ambience and food, although not remarkable, is very satisfying.
