Coming back from San Francisco - need a quick Seafood suggestion

I'm heading out to Manhattan in November, and looking for a solid place to take my parents - the restaurant itself doesn't need to be a Seafood spot by any means, but having a few great seafood options (for the mom) are needed. Probably trying to keep it at a $$$ level, as opposed to $$$$.

I'm thinking something similar to Marc Forgione (which I've never been; do you guys recommend?)

Also, worth noting. I just got back from my trip last week, where you all gave tons of suggestions.
I tried Momufuku Ssam; phenomenal. Loved Death and Co as well. And of course, Russ and Daughters; worth all the hype.

    Look into Millesime or Oceana.

How much is $$$ level to you? It's better to give an estimate of how much you want to spend in terms of dollars. So $60pp before tax, tip, drinks/wine? $80pp?

What kind of seafood does Mom like, fish? Clams? Crab? Lobster? Oysters?

BTW, would love to see a trip report from your visit here!

Kathryn - I'd say about $80-$100 PP after tax, tip, etc. Probably will include one bottle of wine.
Mom is more of a fish person; Halibut, Salmon, etc. Not as much into the clams, oysters.

I'll recap my trip in this thread shortly. It was very very brief, as I was only there for two nights for work. My next trip will be 4 nights, so I'll hopefully have a lot more feedback.
