Veggie friendly big group meals between Dupont and Silver Spring

NY hound in for Dinner tonight and Brunch tomorrow. Looking for the following:

1 Dinner, veggie friendly, good for hangin for a bit, decent for a decent sized group (thinking 10-12). Good bourbon list would be nice but less important than it being good for vegetarians and omnivores.

1 brunch starting around 10:30am, meeting the same description.

We have a car and don't mind driving. Some folks might need a place accessible by bus/train.

Any help would be awesome!
