Need Help - Restaurants for budget wedding reception

My partner and I are planning on getting married next June, and we are looking for a restaurant to hold our reception. Here are the details:

approx. 75 guests
cocktail reception vs sit-down is very flexible
brunch/lunch/dinner is also very flexible
open bar

We are planning to spend around $8000 (including tax and tip), which gives us a budget of about $85 per head.

Do you need a dance floor, will you have a DJ and microphone, etc., or is an ordinary restaurant, perhaps with a private room, OK?
