Peppermint Bark Ice Cream

I just picked up a pint of Haagen-Daz's Peppermint Bark ice cream. It's actually pretty good. It says white chocolate ice cream with bits of peppermint bark and candy. I guess this isn't new, but I never noticed it before. I usually pick up Dreyer's peppermint ice cream around the holidays for a treat. It takes me about a month to go through the 1/2 gallon( or whatever it's shrunk to now) because nobody else in the house likes peppermint! Are there any other seasonal ice creams to recommend?

I can't belive there is any of this left! I was pretty sure I had eaten it all last year. I always buy Peppermint Stick ice cream in December; this was even better.

I agree about the Peppermint Bark ice cream...it's crack in a pack. Thank goodness it's not sold year round.
