Slow Fish opened up on Miracle Mile -- anyone been yet?
The reviews for their other location -- i think in long beach -- look good. Wondering if anyone has been to the new location on wilshire, just west of la brea (the old cafe flourish space). The only sushi around here is not great -- starfish & sushi cat. they're OK if your desperate for a roll, but not awesome at all, esp for sushi or sashimi. hoping for some good sushi with slow fish!

I tried it today and would like to report back for all us miracle mile lunch seekers. this place is awesome!!! we only really have starfish & sushi cat in walking distance. i went safe and ordered the chirachi bowl. i usually do that as a test for a new sushi lunch spot. basically if the fish stinks i can still eat the rice. anyway, the chirachi did not disappoint... then i went for the uni. it was as good as any uni i've had at the high end sushi spots i frequent. so, for my first visit, i am impressed and giddy that miracle mile finally has great sushi!
