Tips for Dining, Eating, and Food Shopping in Quebec (including Montreal)

vegan gone caveman!! want to find humane beef seller/ restauraunt in montreal!!

Hey I've been a vegetarian for 7 years and a Vegan for a few months. I have recently began looking into the Caveman diet which is the most logical form of eating and diet I've ever encountered. So now that I am not able to get my protein from soy and and beans, I would like to find places to buy free range eggs, chickens, and grass fed beef. Restaurants would also be great to know in the montreal area!!
pppleasssee.. I am still eating soy and beans until i find this!
thankks gail

  1. St Vincent at JTM or Atwater, Stairsholme Farm, Viande et Plus in Hudson, Valens products at Tau and other health food stores. Do a search you'll find quite a bit.

      1. There is a great restaurant called Omnivore Grill on the corner of St Laurent and Marie Anne, they have lots of veggie mezzes and also all their meats are local well raised.
