vegan gone caveman!! want to find humane beef seller/ restauraunt in montreal!!

Hey I've been a vegetarian for 7 years and a Vegan for a few months. I have recently began looking into the Caveman diet which is the most logical form of eating and diet I've ever encountered. So now that I am not able to get my protein from soy and and beans, I would like to find places to buy free range eggs, chickens, and grass fed beef. Restaurants would also be great to know in the montreal area!!
pppleasssee.. I am still eating soy and beans until i find this!

There is a great restaurant called Omnivore Grill on the corner of St Laurent and Marie Anne, they have lots of veggie mezzes and also all their meats are local well raised.

St Vincent at JTM or Atwater, Stairsholme Farm, Viande et Plus in Hudson, Valens products at Tau and other health food stores. Do a search you'll find quite a bit.
