New Orleans people in NYC. Where can I find pickle meat and hancocks for my red beans?

Okay. I new it was going to be difficult to find pickle meat outside of New Orleans but I called like ten stores and searched online with no luck. I know someone has to know where to get pickle meat in nyc. Even if I can have it shipped from some where. I know the recipe but I would much rather buy then make pickle meat.

Never seen pickle meat in NYC. Last time we had red beans and rice with friends, they had to pickle the pork.
