Traveling to South Florida in December-January. Where to eat?

My wife and I are spending three days in Ft. Lauderdale, four days in Key West, and four days in Miami Beach. What five area dining experiences should we not miss?

These are not going to be the stuffy 5star over the top spots but rather the combo of good food, culture, and scene. South Beach has several hot over the top $20 a house wine glass spots (e.g. Setai or Joe's Stone Crab) which you can also hit. Since you have a car, these will get you a different unique taste of South Florida.

Market 17 - Ft. Lauderdale (#1 spot in FLL)
Michael's Genuine - Design District Miami (casual+cool tastings)
Versailles - Calle Ocho Miami (Cuban Classic)
No Name Grill - Key Biscayne in Bill Baggs Park (late afternoon beers + early dinner full fish)
Turtle Kraals - Key West for brunch or a turtle race which is awesome fun

Thanks, gammish! We're interested in all dining experiences, across price ranges. Appreciate especially the Cuban restaurant recommendation.
