Potential difference between Saturday or Sunday at Joel Robuchon?

We're planning to go to Joel Robuchon in November. Does anyone anticipate a possible quality or experience difference between going on Saturday night or going on Sunday night? I am wondering if the potentially less busy Sunday may be offset by this being a typical night off for industry people (I don't know if this applies to Vegas but it does in other areas).

I'd appreciate all thoughts. Last year we went to Alex for our annual trip "big" dinner, and I am excited about this choice.

Thanks!

  1. Based on a sample space of 2, having dined once on Saturday and once on Sunday there was really no difference except that it was busier on Saturday and we were seated in the perhaps less desireable side room with faux garden. Service and food were the same.
