Need Help Finding A Restaurant In West Village

  • 7

Hi all! I need help finding a nice restaurant to go to this weekend in the West Village. The problem is that I enjoy progressive cuisine, while my friend is totally a steak & potatoes gal. She will be somewhat adventurous but nothing TOO crazy. As long as there's steak or chicken on the menu, she's fine. She ESPECIALLY likes mac n cheese.

I was trying to make a reso at Babbo (for example) but unforunately they're booked (Shocking?). The only ethnic cuisines she enjoys are: Chinese & Mexican. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! :-)

  1. Take a look at Mas (Farmhouse).

Exactly what I was going to suggest. Another option might be Red Farm and your friend could get their marinated rib steak (yum).

No reservations taken though, at Red Farm.

Right, I meant to mention that. If it's very early and during the week usually not a problem, after 7:00, look out.

    2. I would also try calling Market Table on Bedford & Carmine.
