Looking for amazing grilled whole fish

Momofuku Ssam Bar. There's always a whole fish dish depending on what is in season that is grilled and has this amazing smoky flavor that is served with lollo rossa lettuce and an great lemony sauce. Have had it made with trout and mackeral.
