Anyone eat at Dolphin Restaurant in Yonkers?

I'm considering it for brunch on Sunday and I see that it has gotten some pretty good reviews on opentable.com

I live down the street from The Dolphin and have generally had very good experiences, especially in terms of the service. The food can be a little hit or miss, but I've found that their shellfish and steak have been great every time. I haven't tried it for brunch yet, but may actually do so tomorrow.

Had lunch a couple of times now at Dolphin. Sitting outside in the summer with the Palisades and Hudson as a backdrop is great. The shrimp salad sandwich with nice, crusty bread, is filling and good. Service has been decent, although I wish there were more than a handful of tables filled.

We went there for Mother's Day, granted service on Mother's Day is notoriously bad, but this place was awful. The food was pretty good but the service was SO bad that no one cared about the food by the time we left.

Oh, hat's terrible. Nothing like bad service to ruin a meal.

I think a restaurant should NEVER be judged on Mother's Day. I have eaten at many wonderful restaurants, but never gotten a good meal at any of them on Mother's Day. As a result, our family has sworn to eat in on that day.
