Where to Eat, Part 2
Will be in Houston on Sunday, October 23 and would like to know which really good restaurants
are open for dinner. We'll be at the Derek so Post Oak/ Galleria area listings will be best, but do have a car if there's something really wonderful we should try.. We usually do Feast but thought we might try something different. We like everything. Can anyone help?
Thanks, Houston "Hounds..

We are also big fans of Feast. Another place that we love (and is not far from Feast) is Vinoteca Poscol. Owned by the same folks as Da Marco and Dolce Vita. Italian small plates and large plates, charcuterie (much of it house-made), nice atmosphere (a little dark and wine bar-y, but not overly trendy). Love the wine-poached dates with mascarpone. I think they're open until 10 p.m. on Sundays.
Another place that I really enjoy in that same area is Indika, but I'm not sure if they're open Sunday evenings.
I'm not over in the Post Oak/Galleria area much these days, so someone else will probably have better ideas closer to the hotel.
