lunch suggestions Milford, Fairfield, Monroe/Trumbull
Have relatives in town. Eight of us are going to lunch tomorrow. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Would like a place with some ambiance. I was thinking Tula in Monroe, Rainbow Gardens, Testos, Bridgeport or any other suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Sorry I did not report back. Yes we did go to Tula and everyone enjoyed the lunch. We were a table of eight so we were seated at the large circular booth. Good menu with lots of choices and nicely presented. Everyone loved the modern decor of the restaurant. I had told the waiter we did not want to be rushed so we ordered our drinks, which took a long time to come out considering they were not very busy. Also a basked of garlic toast arrived just before we got our food, which was at least an hour after we arrived. Other than that., we all enjoyed our food.

Ralph and Rich's in Bridgeport has good food and great atmosphere.
Carmine's in Shelton on the River Road is also very enjoyable.
Plenty of places along the Post Road in Fairfield would fit your bill - take your pick!-----
