Looking for multiple restaurants for client dinners

I'm looking for a four or five great restaurants to take clients during a meeting in November. I'm looking for places with great food, that aren't over the top expensive and they must take reservations. Our groups are small, only about five or six people. I'm open to ideas, but i know I need one sushi place and am thinking Ryoko, but if there are better ones, I'm certainly open. I'd love to get a good cross-section of cuisines, asian, italian, steak, vietnamese, etc...
