Instant-Read Digital Meat Thermometers, HELP!

I've made a vow that I've overcooked my last pork chops!
My Williams-Sonoma thermometer-probe gave up the ghost; my analog little ProFreshional(?) doesn't work properly; it's time to bite the bullet although not for $85.00 and the fancy Thermopen.

I'm looking at these three:
-ThermoWorks RT 6000C Super-fast water-resistant Digital Pocket Thermometer, under $25.00
- Taylor Weekend Warrior (?)
- CDN Pro-Accurate Quick-Read Digital Thermometer, about $20.00

Help, advice, counsel, anyone?
Do you like any one of these enough to recommend?
Do you have any favorite under $25.00?

Thanks in advice to all.

I have the Pelouze TMP1000 and love it. It is a digital pocket thermometer and is easy to calibrate. The thermometer is also dishwasher safe.

This would fit right into your desired price point of under $25 as it is currently listed as $22 on http://www.foodservicewarehouse.com/k...

I have a RT301WA. It has a few features over the RT6000C that I needed, larger digits, it can be calibrated, plus you can tuck it into your apron pocket. $25 @ amazon. It was a toss up between this and the Thermopen thermometer/timer. I'm very happy with it.

However, if I had the money for the Thermopen Pro, in purple, I would have gone there. Hopefully this one will last and I won't be kicking myself in a year or two. I don't have much luck with thermometers, been through three instant reads and two ovens in the past five years. Most likely reason? Not Thermopens.

Ah, this one? Purple would be my pick, too. Is $93 pretty much the going rate for one of these pups?

Yup. It's about a little less, like a dollar, @ amazon as it is at the company website, given the difference in shipping charges. Right now, btw, Thermopen is having a buddy sale; buy two of these, same color, for $80 each.

I have the CDN and it's worked great for years now. Probe thermometers are also great--I have one of those, too--but I find that they tend to need replacement more often. I treat the two types like different tools, really.

I'm tempted to get a Thermapen next time, in part because it is very fast and the probe itself is thinner and makes a less obvious hole.

You can keep f'ing around or buy one from Thermoworks.

You can buy 3+ thermometers for $20-$25 or just buy the Thermapen.

I love my Thermapen and it is cheaper than buying multiple cheap ones that don't work or break every couple of years.

I've found my "Original Cooking Thermometer/Timer" by Thermoworks as Amazon calls it to be even more effective than my Thermapen for cooking roasts in the oven or on the grill. It has the advantage of being able to leave the probe in as it cooks. Of all leave-in probe thermometers Cook's Illustrated rates, they rate this one the highest though they note, and the manufacturer admits, that the probes occassionally go bad and need to be replaced. I do check its accuracy from time to time with my Thermapen.
