i'm visiting FLA from NYC and caught some yellow jack yesterday. wondering if anyone has any recipes for cooking? thinking maybe marinating and grilling.
Filet and skin them, remove the very large blood line; you prbably end-up with two pieces by the time you remeove the blood line.Season them any way you want and grill themOr fry the filets, makes good fish tacos.
