Love it!!!!! I'm a figure competitor and PB2 is a super way to add a little extra lean protein to my otherwise inedible ricecakes, and makes a delicious chocolate whey protein/peanut butter smoothie.
PB2 is essentially molecular gastronomy peanut butter.
With PB2, what you give up in fat calories, you make up for in carbs.
Personally, I think the fats in peanut butter are healthy, and a good thing -- regardless of the mouthfeel effect.
I think it tastes like Reese's Peanut Butter Cups filling. I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing. :/
