really had no idea which board to put this on so i'll toss it out here. does anyone know if vmpc. is still in business. there website is still running but store locations says coming soon. they used to be distributed fairly widely including whole foods.i'm in the nyc area but they seem to have vanished completely. btw, if you do see their pies , frozen apple or blueberry apple, give them a try. they = or surpass most homemade pies. tyia

Saw a stack of them at the local mega mart the other week, of course I do live in Vermont, take from that what you will.

Where in Vermont? I am driving down I-89 from Burlington and wonder if any might be available near the Interstate.

I called Hunger Mountain Coop in Montpelier, they have "the small pies" blueberry and apple. :) I called the company to find out where else they're carried, but they haven't called back yet. :)

Also, thanks for turning me onto this company. :)

I recall seeing them at the Shaw's on Shelburne Rd/Rt 7, and I would imagine that they could be found at City Market as well.
I'll double check the next time I'm there.

I just was at the Shaw's Supermarket on Rt 7 in Burlington and confirmed that they carry both apple and blueberry. From the appearance of the freezer display it looks like they might be distributed by the same folks as American Flatbread.
