Best spot for a festive weekday breakfast in Soho?
Later tonight, after my wedding, I'll be spending the night at a hotel in Soho, around Spring and Varick. I live in Chelsea and don't spend much time in Soho -- but I'd be grateful to hear any suggestions for a relaxing spot to go on Monday morning (which is a holiday), when we both wake up exhausted and hungry. Thanks!

Congratulations! I would do Balthazar or Locanda Verde, both a short walk away.
Because you're dining on a holiday, it may be a bit more crowded than a normal Monday, so I'd make reservations in advance.
Both Balthazar and Locanda Verde accept them for breakfast/brunch, via phone.
