Seeking Parfait Amour Liqueur in Baltimore or Annapolis, MD Area

I have been searching for a liqueur called Parfait Amour (also sometimes called Pafait d'Amour) in the Baltimore and Annapolis, MD area for ages to no avail. It is purple in colour and is a curacao-based liquer. Anyone seen this liqueur in MD or DC? Ideas?

I had to buy it online from DrinkupNY. They have two types. I got the Marie Brizzard.
