Using Sriracha in desserts?

Do you?

I just made an apple crisp with Sriracha and a bit of honey.

It gave the entire dish a nice spicy feel to it. I think next time I have to cut back on the Sriracha because it was a bit salty for my taste.

Sweet and savory is good. Sweet, spicy and savory is better. But just not too savory.

      You read my mind, maria.

My next try will be a sriracha (dark) chocolate caramel ice cream.

I haven't yet, but I have a recipe for sriracha truffles that I've been meaning to try. I've made chipotle brownies before, so I can vouch for the spice/chocolate combo.

I've eaten chipolte fudge that was good , would probably work with sriracha.

Could you post or link to the sriracha truffle recipe, please?

Oooh, that sounds good! I've done pancakes topped with honey, a fried egg and sriracha before, but never a proper dessert.
