Loose leaf tea in Santa Rosa

I'm a big drinker of loose leaf black tea (not herbal, not green etc etc). Any suggestions on where to go to buy in Santa Rosa area. I dont like what they have at Pete's. I seem to remember some specialist tea/cafe somewhere around Steele lane or Menocino ave but I might have address wrong
