Halloween Dining out Celebrations

Okay Chowhounds--if you are planning to dine out on this spooky night, where do you plan to dine and celebrate? Will you dress in costume? (I hope you do--it makes it a festive "holiday").

I hear that Fells Point is really a Halloween Hoot to get crazy. Probably not very focused on the food aspect.

Last year I dined at Fleming's Steakhouse on Sunday (wearing one of my outfits), then went to Mimi's in Columbia. Good food and fun.

Just want tohear of all of your upcoming plans. FoiGras

A couple of years ago 2941 did a great Halloween menu, complete with a spooky eyeball dessert! Are there any chow-worthy restaurants doing anything similar this year?

One year my boyfriend and I went to dinner on Halloween at Filomena. They decorate the place from top to bottom. And make sure to save room for dessert!!!
