British Snacks (Jaffas, specifically) in chain or near New Haven, CT?

This is another very bizarre request, my last one being last year about mochi.

ANYWAY.

I was wondering if anyone knows of a chain of stores (like Stop & Shop, Big Y, etc etc -- shops that might be anywhere) or a specific store in the New Haven, CT area that sells Jaffa cakes.

...odd, I know.

Is Penny Ha'Penny in Wilton too far for you? They are a british food shop.

The Darien Stop N Shop also has a British food section in the International food aisle. Otherwise, check out the Whole Foods in Milford - the one in Darien carries some British foodstuffs so the one in Milford may as well.

      SeoulQueen,
Your advice is nice, but OP asked for them in New Haven and Monday I spotted them in New Haven and posted them downthread.

I just don't get what's special about these Jaffa Cakes. I tried them and find little redeeming value for the empty calories. Kind of dry for my taste.

Believe it or not the Aldi carries Jaffa-like cakes BUT they are Made In Germany and are quite good. They are currently out of stock as I checked today.

Different Stop and Shops seem to have different selections of British items (another example, the one in Cheshire usually has Jelly Babies, the ones in Hamden never do). I'm pretty sure I've seen Jaffa Cakes in Hamden, but I can't swear to it.

I have them in my Old Saybrook S&S as well.
UK Gourmet in Newton has a great supply of everything,
and they have a website if it's too far to travel.

Hmmm, that IS a bit far from me, but I think I might be going on a Stop and Shop adventure soon...

UK Gourmet is sold out of this product. I checked their website. A call to them revealed that they have no idea when they will have them again.
