Food truck near UAB/downtown

There's a burgery-salad food truck that parks alternately on University or downtown. It wasn't bad, and its the perfect time of year to eat outside.
Now if we can only get a little bit of variety. If we could get the Valley taco truck to come this away, I'd be even happier.

And they will be at Railroad Park this Thursday for the free thursday night flick (back to the future). Good deal as I'm sometimes too tired to pack a picnic in time for these.

I liked the steamed buns and the bueno (pork sandwich). They come M/W/F (unless they're out catering) and on T/TH we get Spoonfed Grill.

I love the steamed buns from the Shindigs truck! The pork belly was succulent with that crispy outer and creamy inside. But the short ribs . . . OMG! So tender and the spicy sauce compliments beautifully.

They're at 5th Ave N and 20th today. I may have to go check them out. Pork belly steamed buns!!!!!!

They were unfortunately out of the buns Wednesday when I went, which were what I most wanted to try. Its good I have something to look forward to.
