Breakfast recommendation near Coolidge Corner?

I go there every month or so for early appointments (8:30 AM) and the last couple of times I looked for places listed on Yelp that apparently closed two years ago. Any favorite breakfast places near Coolidge Corner that you can recommend? Thanks :-)

Not quite IN Coolidge Corner, but Sealey's Lunch on Cypress St just south of Boylston is an awesome old time greasy spoon. Their breakfasts make my hubby "proud to be an American".

i would recommend trying Paris Creperie. the crepes are homemade, and they offer sweet and savory varieties. they also have pretty decent coffee. it's on harvard ave, very close to the corner of beacon.

PC opens at 8 and is a good option. Temptations Cafe has very good coffee and breakfast sandwiches/muffins, just not traditional breakfast.

Oh, now that's a thought. They do offer breakfast egg crepes, and the smoothies are quite tasty as well. I can't speak to the quality of the coffee, though.

Family restaurant in Brookline Village, Zaftigs on Harvard street, Martin's on Harvard Street, Busy Bee down near St. Mary's., Family is my personal favorite.

I agree except that it isn't in Coolidge Corner.

Well, neither is Busy Bee. The problem is that the only breakfast place that's IN Coolidge Corner is Zaftigs, and while it will do if you happen to already be in the neighborhood, it's not great.

they are all "near" coolidge corner. if the op is walking, probably only martin's and zaftigs work. if she is driving Family and BB are 3 minutes away.
