I just saw a recipe for Bonaparte Fondue, using Bonaparte cheese. What is this? I am not sure I can get it in Canada? Looking at some internet findings, it seems to be some sort of Swiss cheese? or maybe a Camembert? Is there a good substitute?
wow this cheese is hard to figure out, but after my curiosity was peaked I finally went to google Switzerland and found this info. Looks like brie or Camembert will work as a substitute
its a double cream cheese, if you look at there list of cheeses under brie/camembert it is listed there
