Where can I find some amazing banana pudding?

I'm in love with banana pudding (not to be confused with banana pie). I'm looking for pudding that has whole and plentiful nilla wafers and chunks of real banana. Babe's Chicken does a good one, Spring Creek BBQ has a decent one although at times it's more whipped cream than pudding (and there's nothing else worthy on the menu), and Pappadeaux does an interesting one that comes in a mason jar. Where else can I find this delicious dessert?

My favorite in the area is at Poor Richards Cafe in Plano. I'm not 100% sure if they have it every day. They used to have it only on Tuesdays and Fridays, but that may have changed.

Rudy's BBQ, they have them in Frisco, Allen and Denton.

Thanks for the suggestions. I checked out Rudy's BBQ last night. There were chunks of real banana, but the pudding was a little bland and the only wafers were the three adorning the top. But it satisfied the craving. It'll probably be my default option since it's so close to where I live and they have a huge refrigerator full of the stuff.

The other option is Babe's chicken house. Also not horribly far from Rudy's
